Christine Turner is a filmmaker based in New York City. Her critically-acclaimed documentary Homegoings, premiered at Documentary Fortnight at the Museum of Modern Art, NY and was broadcast on the PBS series, POV. Her short fiction films include: Rubber Soles, You Can Go, and most recently Hold On, which screened at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.
As a producer, Christine regularly collaborates on non-fiction series, documentary specials and short form digital content. Over the years she has worked with a variety of companies including Firelight Films (Stanley Nelson), HBO Documentaries, Public Affairs Television (Bill Moyers), Thirteen/WNET, Left/Right and Part2 Pictures, to name a few.
